Livingston Academy has gotten better since the last meeting, but I don't think I would consider Station Camp much of an underdog. Station Camp beat Livingston 67-83 in their previous meeting. Livingston didn't play well at all that game though.

 

My Prediction:

LA - 68

SC - 59

OCF, it appears we have this uncontrollable urge to predict the future. I do agree that LA will play much better this time. Thus, I'm picking the Lady Cats:

 

LA 61

SC 59

 

As for the other semi-final: Upperman by a bunch.

I've see SCamp, Upperman, and LA play this year. Ought to be two great games.....

 

Upperman by 15

 

Station Camp by 7

 

 

You obvioulsy don't have a clue as to what you're talking about when it comes to Upperman. They could win this game by 40 if they wanted to. Now the second game should be a good one for sure! LA will win by 6 but Station Camp will put up a valiant effort!

15 or 40.......who cares!!.....A wins a win and tonight a win is definately all that matters...........

they certainly COULD win the game by 40. They won the last meeting by 30, with the subs in most of 2nd half. So if they question is Could they? The answer is yes.

 

Also Possible: Bad shooting night. Some good breaks. various other things that I cannot type or it could jinx someone. Upperman could lose the game.

 

Reality: Upperman is too talented and works too hard to lose this game. Cannon Co., as I have stated before, will no go down easy, and will put up a great effort, but I still see this as a 17-22 point win. (I think I said 72-50 earlier, that sounds about right)

congrats to cannon co. for making it to the semi's of the region tournament. however upperman wins by however many they want.... 20, 40?? second team will play as much as the starters in this game. i also see la beating a pretty good station camp team by 10. go bees!!!

all of them.

 

 

 

Lost one senior from last year. She was a good player, but was about 2nd or 3rd off the bench. (great kid, the kind you hate to see leave your program, but not a factor with the people we had coming back)

      Began as a discussion, and evolved into a trainwreck...   Don't know how many of the TC "old guard" are left, but I feel for y'all.   Everybody has to get the last word... no matter the cost and sometimes the cost is high.

      He may have possibly said that to get the best out of him. Back when I was in school word got out I was going to transfer and Coach Story popped off and ask Coach Wilson in front of the team if Maryville was going to get a jock strap in return on this trade. That got back to me and I got fired up and stayed just to show them up. Now today Coach Story is one of my best friends.

      Dylan's Dad, I'm glad you replied. I wanted to reply but wasnt willing to take the bait. There were 20 wrestlers on the team. I may be mistaken and correct me if I'm wrong but I believe 5 of the 20 attend McCallie right now and one will next year. At most, there are/were 6 kids on that team who attend McC. That leaves 14 other team members who have ZERO affiliation with McC (outside of maybe some friends) who represented our state to the best of their ability and wrestled their butts off that weekend. That weekend was a first for Tennessee and obviously a small step in the right direction for us as a state. Congratulations TEAM TN BLACK!
