Central wins. Even if Lambert's contributions are canceled out by Davis (which is not a given) Central has too many players. The post play is stronger this season and they were still a top 3 team last year.

 

 

Now Indian, I can't believe you're not going to give a little credit to the Lady Bees. You've seen them up close the last couple years and yes they were in the final four last year also /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" /> I would say that it's definitely not a given that Lambert's contributions will cancel out Ms Basketball Davis 19.8 gm avg.. Don't know if Central's stronger post play will cancel out a 6'3" post avg over 15pts a game and over 100 blocks on the season. With 4 starters avg double digits in scoring on the season, and the 5th close behind with 8.4, and a bench that can go a strong 10 deep, I would think that Central couldn't have to many players. But hey, what do I know.

I care because I think starting a practice @ 6:30 pm when you have a critical game the next night is too late.

I've seen Upperman 3 times and Central probably 7 or 8 (these current groups). I didn't mean Adams > Dyer necessarily especially since she hasn't been playing too long, but without a consistent post game last year Central made it to the final four and barely lost to the eventual state champ. This year they have it and also have a lot more than just Adams and Lambert. And they haven't lost so they should be favored until somebody beats them. That doesn't mean I expect them to wipe the floor with the Bees, just who I'm picking and why.

By 1 o'clock today there was already 600 tickets sold at the school its gonna be packed standing room only. Its going to be HOT, and loud in the lil gym just warning a ll the Upperman people. Have a safe trip over!
