Quite frankly, while I still went to rockwood last year, I enjoyed watching them play alot. They took alot of people by surprise last year, and did really well, the funny thing is, they only lost two seniors last year I believe, boston and howell, and howell didn't even play much. So I imagine Rockwood will be stirring things up greatly this next season to come. Keep an eye on em.

I saw Rockwood play at this summers Oak Ridge Camp. They beat Harriman, but then lost to Cosby by about 20. Were they really that tired, or were they just out-matched ?

my bet is that they were tired. they lost NOONE from last year. gallaher is dang near unstoppable. but remember, it's just a camp game. and I'll bet against cosby any day of the week, i don't care if they're playing TSD. but i do give props to McGaha. i'm glad youre still playin bro

you're obviously born in a barn. why dont you ask mcgaha or webb about what "mr. havens" did to them last year. i agree, mcgaha and webb will make a great combo, but GHS has 2 all-D players coming back and 3 starters. as for rockwood losing to cosby, they were tired. had to be. or rockwood is missing some players or they played like a middle school team. dude, give it up on making predictions.

Rockwood stinks..... or at least they did when temple played them.... earlier this year...they destroyed them ....it was ugly

I saw Rockwood play a couple of times this summer. They aren't bad really. They are actually pretty tough. They got a good kid on the wing....the black kid....I don't know his name. They also have a big guy in the middle who is bout 6'6'' I"d say and while he is very raw he still bring them a physical force to the paint for them. I don't know anything bout their district but I would pick them to finish top 3 cause I know that it can't be to tough.

Rockwood also has a transfer from Oak Ridge named Ellery Harvest. I haven't seen him play, but people have told me that he is a special player and can jump out of the gym. I guess we'll see, but if he's as good as the hype, the Tigers should be the top team in District 4A and one of the best in East Tennessee.

If Paul Kamikawa makes his first trip to state it will be this year... The tools are there, but we will see if RHS can put up back to back big games... If so look for the tigers to make a lot of noise...
