Bylaws TMSAA added to TSSAA

To elevate the current interest in Middle School Athletics, the TSSAA added Middle School Bylaws at the end of the Current TSSAA Bylaws that includes reference to those rules applicable in the TSSAA bylaws. The additional rules deal mostly with eligibility and conduct of participants, Coaches and Players, and housekeeping matters and primarily accepts the place Middle School Athletics is having in Schools at this time. Play, participation and conduct leading into High School seems to be more acknowledged.
