I saw Jefferson County at Fulton's camp and they will surprise some teams this year. Darkhorse to win the IMAC in my opinion.

from what i hear Mo East is loaded and looking to repeat. I play for CCHS we went 6-0 in only one team camp at Greeneville.

who played well for you guys and what does the rest of the conference look like this summer? heard that marcus is playing summer ball in knox league should help him. also heard that a couple of guys is playing with the travelers aau team out of knox and doing well this summer.

everyone played well @ greeneville for having only practiced a couple of times together...we are pretty small compared to last year, a lot quicker though. I haven't talked to marcus in a few weeks but i dont think he's playing there anymore. Kurt Brooks is playing with the travelers and they are doing very well this summer. upcoming soph. Krys Cates is playing with their younger squad too

Is Ray Evans still the coach? Wasn't sure what you guys had returning. I saw Cocke Co, play 2 years ago in the Pilot Winter Classic at Catholic. Won the tournament if I remember correctly.

brooks kid nursed knee injury last year playing very good for tenn travelers this summer hes about 6ft 3 or better know and playing wel should be a force in imac this year

imac should come down to winner of m east and cocke co games

a lot will depend on how the brooks kid can carry cocke co

i have seen him play and he is the real deal his range starts when he comes into

front court. east will rely heavily on the gardner kid. hes a real force too

agree with the mo east and cocke county comment. About the patriots, very talented juniors. 5 seniors not playing this year... Only one stayed with the team. Coaching will kill this team quick also.

Who all comes back for East this year?

CCHS will be really small, but that really won't hurt too much in the IMAC because nobody really has any legit post threats anyway.

CCHS has a a few good guards and wings. They lost a couple of players over the summer that would've been pretty key parts of the bench more than likely. They still have one of the top players in conference in Marcus Stewart, however. Ragan, Brooks, Haney, and Kates can all play. Chase Atkins and Heath Ford will probably contribute as well. They should be a top two/three team in the conference if they can run the ball and create turnovers. They may struggle in the half court without the big bodies and Luke Ottinger graduating will hurt as well.

Cherokee, Jeff, and Seymour will probably round out the bottom.

East has an excelent scorer in Austin Gardner, this is his senior year. Very talented sophmore PG in Casey. Rumors in the summer that T. Howell was gonna play this year. But other than that im not sure. Another thing to mention is their new head coach also.
