I know about the U16s from knowing some of the Siegel players. I guess I could go to TNsoccer.org and look at state results but I was wonderin more about Regional and National results.

West Michigan Fire Jrs (MI) Under-16 Girls were undefeated through preliminary games as they entered the championship match against MSC Lady Strikers (TN). Knowing the challenge they were facing, the Strikers' Lauren Bennett netted one in the 8th minute for the early 1-0 lead. The Fire's Lindsey Beiri evened the score in the 53rd minute, but Brooke Zeis gave the Strikers the upper-hand in the 59th minute. Morgan Thomason finalized the Strikers 3-1 victory and right to be called Presidents Cup Finals Champions in the 66th minute.

It does appear they won the Presidents Cup, but I don't know how that fits in. I would appreciate someone in the know explain it further.

Water Dog, the Murfreesboro team won nationals at the D2 level. The list you reference is for the national champions at the D1 level...

I know that was stated originally, but I can't find DI, II or III. Where (as I asked before I posted the result) does the data come from. I'm not familiar with these divisions in Club. We know I need to learn more about the game. :roflol:

I found that as well. It must be my West TN accent..... M Y Q U E S T I O N ?????

Where do I find DI DII DIII Teams/Leagues ??? I just never heard of it before. I thought we had Club State and Premier League Teams that that went to Regionals and Nationals and that was it. How does one team declare it is DII and get to compete for a National title or, I guess, DIII as well? :D

If we have those divisions in Memphis, I just never realized it.

When a team registers to play in Tennessee the club registrar puts in the division the team wants to play in. TSSA does not assign a team to a division.

Thanks for all of you trying to get me some answers and I understand better that it is a team choice

and where they place themselves at time of registration.

What I really wanted to see was an "actual" list of teams by Division to see how DII and DIII teams did and who they are. I had never known of anything but DI before I read the first post on a TN team winning Nationals.
