"Rumble in Grundy County" via the Moore County paper

I've been getting the last three copies of the Moore County paper passed along to me over the last three weeks due to the "column" written in three parts about the scrimmage at the start of fall practice on the mountain between Grundy, Moore and Coffee. I'm going to provide a copy to every coach at Grundy County High so they might have a look at what this profound writer down there thinks of us. I'm very sure at least some if not all of them will think long and hard before scheduling anything with Moore again.

 

If this column qualifies as front page news down there then you folks don't have much to talk about. It was also nice to see the writer's racist depiction of some Asian folks he encountered in Monteagle while he and his friend were airing up their tire.

 

I'd provide a link to the story for all of you but it seems the paper down there isn't on the Internet yet.

 

What an impressive writer.
