With a huge win against MBA for Independence, showing a much better balance between the running and passing game, look for this game to not be as close as some think... special teams and turnovers killed centennial but Independence has been shooting themselves in the foot with penalties. Against MBA, Indy had 10 penalties for 70 yards, but it seemed like 170 yards. I say Indy: 38 Centennial 14

Indy should win Friday. Besides penalties I think they need to improve their linebacker play. I was impressed when Meeker was in at LB. Had a sack and a QB hurry in the series. Seemed to bring some emotion. GL Indy.

True those penalties kill. Centennial is fast but Independence's secondary is pretty fast as well, plus the front line did a great job against disrupting the quarterback last game. Stay heathly, stay consistent, stay strong and Indy will walk out of Centennial 3-2.

CHS for the 2nd wk in a row will get killed and IHS will get pay back from last year. IHS wins big and gets 1st district win with many more to come this year.

Indy cannot look past any opponent this year, because their margin for error is small. If they can get the penalty bug fixed, they will be a more dominant team. The Eagles should look at this game as a payback game. Centennial beat them last year, and Indy's season was downhill from there. This can be the game where their season takes off. Let's go Eagles, you have to win 2 in a row before you can win 3 in a row.

There are gonna be some sloppy conditions Friday. Does that help or hurt us against Centennial?

It's going to be a sloppy field tomorrow. The team that holds onto the ball better will win. Running straight ahead will be at a premium. Meeker could have a big game if he concentrates on protecting the ball. Indy should win this one.
