soccermom127
Congratulations !!!!!! Briarcrest 1 Ensworth 0 West had to travel to get a good game and excellent results. The Briarcrest/Ensworth game was a very good, fast paced game...with each team playing hard and each with awesome opportunities...both teams played tough defense to keep the score low. I would also like to thank the Ensworth parents for their hospitality. The parents were very welcoming and also provided the Briarcrest team with pizza and drinks after the game...great example of host team hospitality. Their facilities were great, also. feverpitch
GPS 1 Brentwood Academy 1 Brentwood Academy scored first and controlled the ball the majority of the game. With seconds left in stoppage time, GPS kicks a floater over the BA keeper's head. No score during either overtime session and again BA maintains control of the ball. Goes to PK's and the freshman keeper for BA was no match for the outstanding keeper of GPS. All shots were made with the exception of the save by the GPS keeper. GPS wins with all five PK's made to BA's four.
