Not a bad showing at Franklin County, even though we came out a little on the short end of the stick. Good-luck in your Christmas tourney in Kentucky and hopefully we can come back and start the new-year with a group of Ladies who will go out on a nightly basis and compete. Yes the 2 teams play again, and yes warren co (2000 students) should beat Dekalb (800 students) @ home, and woodward has been @ Dekalb her entire career. She is a senior that started every single game the last 2 years. Not trying to put anybody down, sorry if it seemed that way, I am just a fan in general, and i also know that Dekalb, Siegel, and Oakland (all pretty good teams) will not compete for their districts. I also think it will help Warren being in their new district, it has 2 help knowing you do not have to play Riverdale, Blackman or Lebanon anymore. Coffee Co. and Cumberland should be welcome replacements.

 

Dekalb went to Warren and won 52-45 tonight.

I think it has been 17 years since Dekalb Co. has swept Warren Co. in a season. Dekalb is much improved and playing very hard. 10 wins with 11 games to go, great job ladies.

43 to 33 WC seemed to be off tonight. I think it will be a different game when they play at WC. Coffee had one player that got hot tonight which pushed them over the top, and from the box scores it was the best game of the year for her. Terrible officiating!!!!!!!on both sides!!!!!!!!

The officiating in 8aaa has been subpar to what we were used to in 7aaa for many years. I really don't know how this new district will play out (officiating wise), but I thought the 7aaa refs we used to have over the years, were far more professional and consistant than their 8aaa counterparts. I didn't attend the game, but I do know what you are saying "whattimeisit"

Great win tonight over Tullahoma! Good job Lady Pioneers and coaches! I see alot of improvement and am excited for our young ladies. It was awesome to see the 1979 State Champion Lady Pioneers recognized between games.
