A berth in the Region tournament is on the line tonite for Tullahoma and Lawrence Co in the losers bracket finals. Game time in Winchester is 5pm, weather permitting.

The Tullahoma Wildcats accomplished another goal set for this season. They earn a trip to the Region tournament by thumping the Lawrence Co Wildcats this evening 10-5 in Winchester in the losers brackett finals of the 8AAA baseball tourney. Tullahoma and Columbia meet at 4pm Wed in the championship game with Tullahoma needing to beat Columbia twice to win the tourney. A 2nd game, if necessary, will follow around 7pm. Win or lose Wed, its good to see the Cats back in the Region tournament and I hope both Columbia and Tullahoma do well down the road. I think the Cats record is 30-8.

Tullahoma won game one 8-7. Columbia won game two and the championship, 4-1. Tullahoma will go to Siegel and Blackman will go to Columbia.
