This post for Boys 16 under players is for the same AAU club as the topic posted for 11und. by Coach Frizz. - Here are some more details. Our practices will be in Sweetwater which is located just off I75 between Knoxville and Chattanooga. We are about 25 minutes from West Knoxville and 45 minutes from Chattanooga. We are looking for players from those towns and anywhere between them. We will practice twice a week for 2 hours. Both teams will practice around the sametime, so if you happen to have 11u and 16u boys it would be perfect to save on run around time! We are planning on running an exciting up tempo offense & defense. We will consider all types of players, but are especially looking for a post player for the 16u team, with good post moves and a great work ethic.

All Coaches have AAU Coaching experience and enjoy teaching skills that will help each player develope and grow in the game of Basketball as well as in life... If you need a team this is it! -----------Call 423-351-3123 for more details.

(UPDATE) Got 11u team together and team is looking real strong! A couple more players could really put this team over the top!

-(16u) We will be getting 16u team together this week, please call or post for open gym time or more info. Verygood core of players. All positions still open, especially for a hard working post player.

Both teams are looking to run exciting fast paced offenses & defenses!

All players and parents are invited to attend open gym or just come watch and see what you think.

      It’s not hearsay, just patently false. As one of those young coaches he apparently “ran off”, coach never once ridiculed or degraded anyone. Sure he challenged kids and coached them very hard,  but we have different definitions of you call that degrading. Coach Hammontree changed my life when he gave me the chance to work for him. I learned more about being a man and caring for the people around me in 4 years working for him than I did in 20 years of my life. No one sacrificed more than he did. I left Heritage because I felt there would never be the support necessary to help the program succeed. I’m tired of hearing people drag others down especially those they truly don’t know. Coach has moved on and a new coach is there. Just let the man live and root for the team.
