Soddy, Beech, Riverdale or someone else?

Who's gonna win AAA?

I'm saying Beech. Here's why. State Runner-up last year, 6 returning starters, 5 senior starters (including the pitcher), 3 NCAA Division 1 signees, 43-0 against TN teams this season. The only thing going against them is they don't bow down and pray toward the softball Mecca of Chattanooga 3 times a day :popcorneater: .

I have to admit I'm pulling for Soddy Daisy's Lady Trojans! We should see some good softball in the next couple of days....Riverdale and Beech are excellent teams with outstanding stats!

Good luck to all the teams, you worked hard to travel on the road to Murfreesboro!!!

Soddy Daisy loves her Lady Trojans, so come on girls, bring us home that championship! :popcorneater:

i'm going with BEECH, they have the whole package, great pitching and defense and their hitting is coming together perfectly. you have to have back to back hitting. can't have one hit here then 2 outs then a hit here, needs to be together, and that is where Beech has the advantage. Curious on who they would be playing though. Soddy and Riverdale are equally matched, can't wait to see that game.

CONGRATULATIONS to all the teams who made it to state, and GOOD LUCK

Not sure if this a fling record for runs scored in the first round games, but WOW! blowouts in all games! Seems like the big three are playin on a different level, looks like it is anyone's championship, the big game being tomorrow Thursday at 7, whoever wins will be in the drivers seat, be tough for the loser to win 3 in a row against the (3) high caliber teams.

More blowouts than I have ever seen too. I would like to give a shout out to Coffee Co. and Lincoln Co.. Considering the scores and the information I am getting, Coffee and Lincoln very much deserved to be there as much as Lawrence Co.. Yes, the brackets are set up by regions and I'm not arguing about the brackets but I want others to take notice of those teams records and performance. They had to go through one of the roughest region brackets in the state. All three were there till the end. There were many years when I was involved with this game where my team came up short and probably could have placed in the top three in the state had they won that key game in sectionals. We never got a shout out by others but I knew how important it is for the girls to hear it.

Good Job Shout out to Coffee Lawrence and Lincoln counties! :thumb:

Great Post :thumb:

I was at the games on Tuesday night and felt like Lawrence Co, Lincoln Co and Coffee Co could have made things interesting if they were there.

Congrats to all the teams that did make it. It's an honor to make it that far.

    • Shopping? His family is loaded and he's 6'6 I'm pretty sure he could start anywhere in upper East TN,So no need to shop. Word is Witten got caught trying to work him out on campus and some 7 on 7 while playing athletics for Sullivan East. Word got around pretty quick and Someone turned them into TSSAA.
    • Quick update on Jacob -  Jacob celebrated his 16th birthday at Vanderbilt on Tuesday and has been in decent spirits.  His sense of humor has begun to show as he was visited by many friends.  He is swallowing a lot better now and has eaten some of his favorites (Chik-Fil-A and Five Guys).   He is getting prepared to head to Atlanta to the Shepherd Center first thing tomorrow morning.  His family has been waiting on insurance approval. In case you dont know the Shepherd Center it a world class facility and supposedly one of the best in the country for spinal injury rehab.  Praying for perfect results there. Considering the circumstances, Jacob is in decent spirits.  He has some reflexive movement in his legs which I think is probably a very positive sign.  Don't read too much into that just yet as there is no telling what the real prognosis is... just hopeful that is good thing.  I am really just happy that it seems like he has a punchers chance of getting something back.  He is a strong young man and very determined so I think he will fight as hard as he can in physical therapy while down in Atlanta. More than one of you has asked me about an address to send donations.  I know GoFundMe isn't for everyone.  If you want to go that route, you can make a check to "Blackman Wrestling Club" and we will pass anything received directly to the Kinderdines.   Jacob Kinderdine c/o Blackman Wrestling 4836 Trevino Court Murfreesboro, TN  37128 Also, want to thank everyone who has donated so far.  Jacobs dad will take a month off work and stay in Atlanta with him.  They need to learn how to take care of him and do home therapy work..... and surely Jacob will be glad his dad can be there.  All that could not happen without you all.  Depending on what happens, they will probably end up doing some home remodeling in order to accommodate Jacob at their home.  Thanks again. Here's a pic I lifted from Facebook of Jacob on Oxy talking to his Uncle.  LOL
