You know what happens when you "assume..."

Looks like we will never know, Sequatchie County has forfeited  the game against Notre Dame that was to be the first round Tuesday, so Notre Dame now advances to the next round against the winner of the Signal Mountain/CCS game....

Wonder if Sequatchie County will go ahead and forfeit all of their district games NEXT year :?: ...they bailed out on Notre Dame and CCS, and got thumped by Signal Mountain this season...

Well, Sequatchie County did beat ND 41-14 last night in football. What would be the equivalent score in soccer? 9-1? I guess they did not want their soccer players to go through the same thing.

That's a tough question. I will probably cheer for the winner.

After exhaustive research 8-) , I am going to give this matchup to CCS.. based on their regular season game where SM beat them 2-1, I think CCS will come in with a vengeance, they will have their head coach there for this game (he was not there last time), and CCS has more experience in getting ready for post season games...From the SM-ND game, I would predict SM will play a very physical game, but predict that they will be penalized/affected by fouls if the refs call the game tight...

The Cabal have convened and have come to the decision that this game is....To Close To Call. For you football fans a "pick'em" game. It's the Establishment against the up starts. :roflolk: Going to be a real slobber knocker.

But if I have to predict the game....I PREDICT 3 yellows and 0 Reds. 12 yelled commits of "Call it both ways Ref", and 6 yelled commits of "push'em back or Don't let them push you or some derivative there of." :thumb:

    • TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.
    • stop it, rlh. you’re gonna get me all misty eyed and sentimental.    i see seven fairly regularly. ….but slim shady, that’s like spotting bigfoot on main street. you just hope he doesn’t spot you.
    • Are you trying to say you didn't find Seven and ShadySlim going at it?
    • hey goat! how’s monterey looking this year?!
    • several people actually. they said “snoball, do you know who railbird81 is on coacht?” I said, “never heard of her.” they said, “you ought to check it out they’re getting fired up on there like the old days.” well, you can imagine my disappointment when I came here expecting sharp, witty banter and all i found was more akin to toddlers slap fighting. and what looks like 1 guy/gal talking to themselves with multiple accounts.
