Well after Week 10 when Perry County is 10-0 this and Wayne County. Maybe youll remember us :thumb:

You sure are awful confident, the guy you are arguing wiyh aint even from WC, you usually get the most honesty from someone looking in thats not from either place. Yall got a long way to go before you get a chance to be undefeated going into week 10 much less coming out of it that way. WC took yall lightly last year, it wont happen again.

I don't think they took us lightly at all, I just think PC wanted it just as much as WC did. That was one heck of a game.

He's not from Wayne Co but he also said he doesn't know anything about the other teams from the west. Im confident in this years team. Are you confident that WC will win?

Im very confident that WC wont even be slowed down, but Im not on here telling everybody that everytime somebody says something good about another team.

To satisfy the Guru, I did some research, and I still believe Wayne Co. is better than Perry, and I'm confident in that.

Appreciate the vote but we all know that we dont know anything about teams we dont get to see lol! The only ranking that matters comes in december. I guess i'm old school but until someone beats SP they number one but if WC plays like they did friday night they will make some noise come playoffs!

Yeah, and last year Al Gore was saying that global warming is an inconvenient truth. Well, he's still saying it this year, and he's still wrong.

Are you trying to make my point for me? Last year everyone said WC would win and they were wrong, they are still saying it this year and guess what they will still be wrong. :roflol:

This 1A poll is a joke. One of the top 5 teams in 1A isnt even ranked. Gordonsville is without a doubt a top 5 team in 1A. What a joke. There is no sense in ranking top 10 in 1A. Top 5 in no particular order are:

 

Wayne County

Gordonsville

South Pitt

Huntingdon

Perry County

 

Period! End of discussion!

This statement is the most accurate I've seen posted this season.

      It’s not hearsay, just patently false. As one of those young coaches he apparently “ran off”, coach never once ridiculed or degraded anyone. Sure he challenged kids and coached them very hard,  but we have different definitions of you call that degrading. Coach Hammontree changed my life when he gave me the chance to work for him. I learned more about being a man and caring for the people around me in 4 years working for him than I did in 20 years of my life. No one sacrificed more than he did. I left Heritage because I felt there would never be the support necessary to help the program succeed. I’m tired of hearing people drag others down especially those they truly don’t know. Coach has moved on and a new coach is there. Just let the man live and root for the team.
