I thought Huntingdon would go up but didnt think they'd be #1, however we did beat a good Milan team thats saying a lot. Lets see if we can hold onto the spot, the only poll that really matters is the last one

Not much on polls because the people that vote know no nothing about other teams outside there area... Here is a example for you #5 Eagleville beat Westmoreland 28-27 and unranked/now #10 Gordonsville beat Westmoreland 45-20 Gordonsville has lost 2 games to Smith County which is #3 in 3A and Trousdale County which is #2 in 2A... So who are the actually voters?

I can't speak for teams 1-8, but I have seen Sunbright play and Gordonsville play. Gordonsville would mercy rule Sunbright easily. (both have played Jackson County). Sunbright does have decent squad.

I have said it before and I will say it again Gordonsville is an extremely good 1A team that not many teams will want to face when it comes playoff time.

Huntington will be a tough team to beat for anybody in 1A so I wouldnt write them off.....

I said this earlier in the year, but it's worth repeating.

Teams in the east with a chance to get to Cookeville are Gordonsville and South Pitt.

Teams in the west with a chance are Wayne Co, Huntingdon, and Perry Co.
