In the next few years do you think Coach Marsh's Sweetwater Wildcats will improve or get worse due to losing talent. What do you think? I looked on their website and the players graduating are:

#7 is a great all-around player and you all will certainly miss him, as well as the other seniors listed above. The good news is that you have 2 and 16 coming back, and they're great players. 5 and 59 played very well against CAK as well, so hopefully you'll have a good core of experienced players to build around.
