Henry County vs Hendersonville

The amount of energy that will play host in this game will be out of this world. HC takes it in the rematch and head to Cookville, I feel as if it will be the largest crowd Patriot stadium has ever seen, in the past couple of years atleast! Bad blood on and OFF the field.

HC- 28

HHS- 14

We finally had a good-sized and LOUD crowd last night for the first time all year. It was probably the first time I've gotten chills hearing the Roll Red Roll chant since I was in high school ages ago.

The bad blood between the fans and student sections of both teams goes back as far as I can remember. I can remember some down-right ugly confrontations between HC's students and Hendersonville back in my day. It'll be great to silence their side of the field and shed our semi's barrier at the same time.

It'll also be great to head back to the alma mater not only to visit Tech but also to finally compete (and win!!!) for a state championship.

RRR!!!

Hendersonville will be heading to Henry Co. Who takes this one? What are some things to look for? It should be a good game. Expect to see the largest crowd ever at patriot stadium.

Should be a great matchup. It'll take a lot for Hendersonville to bring more folks than Melrose did back in '08. But believe me, I would LOVE nothing more than to see Patriot Stadium packed to the hilt and rocking next Friday night! Hopefully some of you Gallatin folks can make the trip to Paris, it'll be a fun night!!!

Go Big RED!!!

HHS had no problem with packing Patriot Stadium last year in that dramatic game in the 2nd Round. I think it will be even more packed this time around.

I agree. This Friday will be the loudest Patriot Stadium has ever been...guarantee it

Look forward to going to Paris for the 2nd straight year. Were treated very well by the HC people last year. Great atmosphere, great football, and a good cheeseburger at the concession stand. Only issue I have is the 3 inch wide bleachers on the visitor side. See you Friday night!!

    • QUICK UPDATE -  First, I see a lot of wrestling names that I recognize on that GoFundMe.  THANK YOU so much for helping this family.   After the long surgery on Sunday morning to repair his neck, Jacob suffered a collapsed lung.  Sometimes this happens after long surgeries.  They had to put him on a ventilator to get his breathing back on track.  He came off the vent on Monday morning and they put a BIPAP on him to help control his breathing.  As of today, Thursday, the BIPAP came off and he is breathing well on his own.  He is working towards drinking a glass of water and hopefully eating some solid food at some point in the near future. Jacob can "feel" when someone touches his legs, but there is still no movement.  His parents are beginning to prepare for him to be moved to the Shepherd Center in the next few days.  He will be there in Atlanta for 30-45 days.  Im sure he will receive excellent treatment. Please continue to pray for healing for him and if you are so moved, please contribute to the gofundme link above to help in any way you can.  The go fund me is doing well, but this is going to be a very long road for these guys Im afraid.. Thanks again! Sells
