Gee, why don't y'all just get a room, all that roommate crap and former player stuff...probably not the first kids not wanting to be on your team. Sounds like you have a real grip on the Wilson scene, since you know 70% percent of this & 80% of that. Again, have you given much thought to just being a dad and not a knowitall jerk?

Sounds like the same junk calling me out as a sr. in HS... not hardly. SC beats Pigeon Forge 5-3 (1st loss) and loses to Dobbins-Bennett, the best squad faced all year. Play Karns and then TBA.

Yet here you are again reading every post, offering nothing constructive to discuss. Here's one for you, with a disposition such as yours, don't be surprised when junior stops coming by to see your crotchety old butt and you wonder why the grandkids never visit.

Thanks for the thoughful insight. Earlier posts revealed nothing about hiding and had a son play at Beech many years back, still follow 9AAA 'cuz it's local. Been known to travel a little to see quality teams. The suggestion was for you and Illini to not waste space guessing names and initials. Gee, the humor factor seems to get lost at times. I'll try to clean it up for you guys. Still not sure about the "green" part, but I live on the other side of the lake.

Agreed, seen them scrimmage and their pitching is solid, defense only lost 2 starters and everyones bats will under the scope this year. Tough division play should tell. Rest of Sumner County is suspect at best and everybody knows how strong the Wilson side is. Should be a good year in 9AAA.

SC beat PJP2 sat. 2-1. Looked very fundamental in their execution. #2 and #3 pitched well, along with upcoming soph. Can't wait to get rolling. How's the rest of you look, hadn't heard much except predictions?

MJHS has more arms than everybody else in 9AAA, will win it easily. My predicted order of finish:

MJ, Lebanon, Hendersonville, Beech, Wilson Central, Gallatin, Station Camp, Portland. Although the last four teams could be reversed.

Picking WC and SC in the bottom 4, pretty impressive thinking. Must have alot to base this on. Most sane pickers see it quite different.

      He had an opportunity to be the OC at TC without final say in the offensive gameplan. How does that work? Smh. Head Coaches are public figures regardless of the community size, and yes there are some out there, it’s irrelevant and not fair to them to name them on here. Also why is said “head coach” the head coach of the MS baseball program to begin with? Oh because no one wants it. As for the Lebanon question, I know what I’ve been told so just going off here say, some of the boosters were not happy with his roster decisions and wanted him out. Although he lead them to 20+ wins in multiple seasons

      A head coach in the school system? No I dont think so. Head coaches are public figures in small communities. Not trying to slander, but this is an actual question. Do you know why he was forced to resign at Lebanon? This was his second chance.  He already left trousdale once and had an opportunity to come back a couple of years ago but spoiled that.

      Are you perfect? Nope no one is, at the end of the day there are several teachers/coaches and even some in the Trousdale County school system that have DUI’s on their record. You’re correct on it being a bad mistake and it unfortunately could have ended horribly. While you consider the consequences minimal, I can assure you they are not. Ultimately I hope and have faith that he will learn from it and use it to better himself.
