I don't know how to break this to the folks down in Wartburg, but Smashmouth has left the billboard and was last seen heading your way. Now without causing too much a panic, he has been known to visit his brother (Loud) in Robbins. Of course, I don't think he has ever stopped by without having clothes on!!!! If he had just gone hunting with his other brother (Big), then I wouldn't have too worry you folks. His daddy (Large) and momma (Small) decided not to file a missing persons report since YOU CAN'T MISS HIM! I just hope they don't get his Uncles (Potty and Bad) in the search as that is certainly going to add some "colorful" language to the process. Can you imagine what they will say when the see him naked? "-------, What in the ------- is -------- on that -------? --------, Smash have you ---------- to the -------------- Blue Bulldogs ----------?" Good luck with that one.

Well, that explains EVERYTHING! Not many people get up from a nature boy beat down! As for the rough patches- hey, I've been there! Flair started a Harem? Jezzz dude, how bad do you need a compliment? Yes, Coalfield has a very good team this year, probably the best line in 1A or 2A. Not only that, they are very well coach AND they are pretty much bringing back the whole line next year!!! Good Gravy man, this is an Oneida thread!

From what I see,the region is top heavy,its Oneida and Coalfield.I'd put my money on Oneida.Coalfield lost alot and Oneida didn't. Shoot,Oneida may be the best Public school in 2a.

 

pujo, thanks for your vote of confidence! I hope you are right. I'm looking forward to the Rockwood/GCA match-up. Sooner or later all roads lead to GCA and that is not good news!

If Cloudland played mistake free football, they would still have lost by 3 TD's to the Yellow Jackets. Does Oneida have a front four as imposing as Coalfields?

 

King, I remember watching the Yellow Jackets when they were in 8th grade. The could have played High School that year. One boy actually did! Started as an 8th grader. The Indians will have to play a tremendous game to even stay on the field with that crew.

 

However, need to stay on task. The Indians really need to come out strong and play hard all night against Wartburg. That is a key element taht was really missing last year. Complete games. Do it Right! Do it All Night!
