Easy Stampus Lickus. I believe everyone can afford an education if they want one. The government you work for sees to that with tax dollars.Don't talk apples and oranges. I don't think a trig contest or spelling bee is the issue here. The issue is Sports.......and sports only. Leave the "education" part out of it. Get real. Do you think slim cares about the better education? If education IS the issue ...I'll bet TC's FFA can judge a hog or milk cow better than GP's FFA. Although it now appears they may struggle with judging CHICKENS :roflol:

 

Our studies at TC have indicated that Chickens bare a striking resemblance to a Mighty Owl...the only difference being that the Chicken will actually stand and fight when provoked...the Mighty Owl will find some dark corner in Carthage to hide in.

Termite, Slims right on this one. The public schools should stand together much like you boys did when yall created that region to side step Goodpasture and David Lipscomb about 10 years ago and forgot to ask your neighbors from Westmoreland to join. Seems like neither team wanted any part of those guys back then.

Funny...as best as I remember DL was in our region for a while. I don't remember "refusing" to play them though. So........your saying SC had the juice to create a region to "sidestep" DL and GP while the mighty Satterfieldites don't??

I believe your mistaken as to David Lipscomp being in your region Termite. You all may have played them in the Dyer days but they were not in your region. They would have been more than likely if you all and Trousdale had not have jumped up in class to side step em. Brilliant move though. We would have went as well had we been asked.
