Friday Night Main Event hits Eagleville today for a battle between the Eagles and the Jo Byrns Red Devils!

 

Our Pregame Broadcast begins at 4:00 PM and as always, we have an exciting lineup today!  Here is a list of EXCELLENT coaches you'll hear on the Duck today.

Back to Back quarter-final appearances, Eagleville Head Coach Steve Carson

2008 Finals and numerous Semi-final appearances, Jo Byrns Head Coach Tom Adkins

 

In addition to that great line up, Gary, Trey, and myself will discuss in detail the top 25 games from all across the State tonight and give you our picks for each of those games.  Two hours of informative pregame football listening your only gonna get from us at 93.9 FM (the Duck).  You can stream us here at 939theDuck.com or download the free "tune in" app to your smart phone and search 939 The Duck.  Again, we are on from 4-6 pm (that central time) Today!

      No worries. I was just trying to make it clear for those who might not know who are actual Marion County posters. There are only a few of us and stay to ourselves for the most part. I've been doing a lot of traveling for work and this will be the  first game of the season I'm able to make it to. Thanks to whoever started the thread.    I would be shocked if this one is a blowout. Like coy said, the rain will be a definite disadvantage for the Warriors.

      So simple to fix my friends. Hire Coach Ryan back. Offer him a fulltime teaching position, a coaching stipend the exact same as the current highest paid coach in Blount Co and a budget to hire his own assistants. Within two seasons GB will be once again competing for state titles. For those that weren't around Coach Ryan coached a State Champion and a State Runner Up in football and a State Champion in Baseball  in the last two years he coached there, Who were the members of The GB Brain Trust that let him get away?
