remember me

Just wondering if anyone else has to sign in every time they access coachT? For the last couple of weeks every time I log in I have to re-register, even though I use the remember me function.

I'll check this with iamoz but it sounds as though your computer is not storing cookies.

Are you logging in on multiple computers and/or browsers? If so, it will log you out of your last session when you do.

Not usually, most often on the laptop but occasionally a smartphone.

Iamoz Im having the same problem...was fixed at same time 'traders' was   but now its started again..thanks

sounds like a computer problem wont let you store any info - mine usually just goes straight to my home page when i click my shortcut on my laptop. thats about all i know sorry

I have noted that I have a restore point for 9/19/2013 for your site... was there a change at this date?

Still the same... let me redefine the problem... Internet Explorer remembers my username and password. that's not the problem. 

 

What has changed is that I use to stay logged in to CoachT even though I exited the site and closed IE. Now I have to login each time I connect to the site.
