Wow , I just got home and tivoed the game , I was actually gonna pull for Greeneville because I've had one too many Fulton fans tell me how bad they would beat Maryville , but after seeing Greeneville pull the Sorry chicken @#% Crap they did stomping on Fulton's Falcon , GO FALCONS !! Seriously , that is really pitiful to see , and just about as Classless as you can ever get , and then seeing some of you guys from Greeneville taking up for them doing that , I will never be pulling for Greeneville again . Congrats Fulton !

I think it's safe to say Greeneville is the best team we've seen all year, and we're the best team they've seen all year. For all of us on both sides calling for a blowout was silly (including myself) 

 

Jumping on our logo was classless, I was really shocked to see that.

sorry we didnt get achance to talk there billy volly, the jumping on the logo when did this happen i must have missed this , cant belive that ballard would allow something like that .

 congrats to the falcons they won a hard fought game i will commend fulton for playing hard and they have a great team , but i think greeneville played awful the turnovers killed us , fact you cannot turn over the ball to a team that thrives off of others mistakes , good luck the rest of the way you should have a easy ride to the championship game , but id watch out for that giles co team they have been getting better all year!

Futon was at The 50 yelling and stuff GREENEVILLE wasn't intimidated

Watch the replay. Fulton was at their own 45. Greeneville charged the 50 on the big falcon, and there were a few that were even past the 50. One Greeneville coach was laughing; another was clapping. CLASSY. If Greeneville wasn't intimidated, they should've been. They're lucky Rollins didn't play.

Pep, I don't get the stomping on the logo either.  Why help motivate a team that might be taking you for granted after last years play-off game? I say that as someone who respects the Greeneville program.  Just don't get it. Seems like I remember Red Bank trying that at Maryville a few years back. Did not work for them either.

 

Fulton is crazy good!  They make it look so easy.  QB was calm in the pocket and frankly had all night to decide who he wanted to throw it to.  I also wonder if the grass field effected the Devil's judging speed and pursuit angles after playing mostly on turf. Or maybe Fulton is just that fast!!  Fun game to watch.  Glad Maryville doesn't have to go through them to get another Gold Ball.

 

Having said that, I would like the Rebels to play the Falcons.  It would also be fine with me if they mercy rule the Irish!  Good game Devils, you didn't leave anything in the bag.  I loved the fake (kinda) punt, but man that hole closed fast!!  Did i say Falcons are crazy good!

Hopefully this is Ballards last year. This spread zone read without an offensive line and the 4-4 defense without the speed at lb is awful. The game tonight just shows how bad the devils competition has been. Of course Ballard is too cocky to see this.

 

 

Good job Fulton, hopefully y'all win it all

Fultons d line was amazing, just as good as advertised. Why we played into their strength by running right up the middle so much I don't know. We seemed to do alright when we were passing the ball, as long as we had time that is. Not sure what happened to the play calling in this one but it's not like anything I've seen this year. Running on 3rd and longs ain't gonna get it done against big strong boys like that who can absolutely fly. Just terrible decisions and if you stand behind them you are an idiot. Hats off to Fulton they played lights out football. I was impressed with the size and speed of your players. I hope y'all coast through the rest of the playoffs. You guys have this Devil's support

      He had an opportunity to be the OC at TC without final say in the offensive gameplan. How does that work? Smh. Head Coaches are public figures regardless of the community size, and yes there are some out there, it’s irrelevant and not fair to them to name them on here. Also why is said “head coach” the head coach of the MS baseball program to begin with? Oh because no one wants it. As for the Lebanon question, I know what I’ve been told so just going off here say, some of the boosters were not happy with his roster decisions and wanted him out. Although he lead them to 20+ wins in multiple seasons

      A head coach in the school system? No I dont think so. Head coaches are public figures in small communities. Not trying to slander, but this is an actual question. Do you know why he was forced to resign at Lebanon? This was his second chance.  He already left trousdale once and had an opportunity to come back a couple of years ago but spoiled that.

      Are you perfect? Nope no one is, at the end of the day there are several teachers/coaches and even some in the Trousdale County school system that have DUI’s on their record. You’re correct on it being a bad mistake and it unfortunately could have ended horribly. While you consider the consequences minimal, I can assure you they are not. Ultimately I hope and have faith that he will learn from it and use it to better himself.
