Strength and Conditioning

I'm investigating the usage of strength and conditioning at the high school level and was wondering if anyone would be willing to share some information about their programs and resources.

 

Does your team have a formal weight lifting program?

How many times a week do your athletes lift?

Where did you find your program?

If you wanted to change your program, what would you do? Do you have a S&C contact, another forum/resource to consult, etc.

Hey Young Man. I am glad to see that athlete is interested in his preparation that you are willing to ask questions. I can point in couple directions that may help you in your search. If you google Elite Fitness Systems they are the authority on strength conditioning for coaches and athletes alike.
