South Pittsburg vs Grundy (Moore man against that Bryant man)

I don't know about y'all but it seemed to me that there wasn't much enthusiasm on our sidelines last week at Whitwell. I had been telling my son during the week that the seniors really needed to step up and lead... Help fire up their teammates. Didn't look like there was much firing up on our sideline. I'd like to see Coach blow a gasket every once in awhile! We need a win bad this week against this purple team from Grundy. I'm no pessimist but I'm a realist and there's much work to be done! I'm about to head back to Whitwell again tonight to see the South Pittsburg Academy play. They are in bad need of a win! I hope to see our guys get some enthusiasm tomorrow night. It's homecoming! Don't allow the Jackets to come in and sink our ship. No matter what, win, lose, on top or in a slump, we are the Pirates and we're proud of it. I'm proud of our team and I just wanna see these guys enjoy some success for the rest of this season. GO PIRATES!!!!

I stopped at the middle school game tonight at Whitwell because I happened to be working up the valley today. We lost by 3 1/2 touchdowns. Tough times to be a pirate. I will always support my school but what is going on? We barely had enough to put 11 players on the field.

I think you guys will be ok against GC. The qb being out is a huge plus. I have only seen one pirate game this year and I believe you guys will finish the season out ok. A win against GC is crucial for your teams morale I think. Of course I hope MC beats you by 100 but I'm a Warrior lol. Hang in there.

I don't care who the qb is for grundy, sp needs to worry about themselves. Way too many times this year they have shot themselves in the foot. In any offense Maryland I, power I, wing-t, pistol or whatever it still comes down to execution. So far, we have not executed well and this have the results we have. Hopefully 5 will get some touches at rb cause I really think he is a play maker. Good luck and go pirates!

We will play hard tonight admist the homecoming activities. PowerP I'm hearing the QB is out. That definitely helps us. He threw the ball very well in the jamboree and vs Marion week 0.

Didn't say they would kill us chief. However, we will have a hard time keeping that game within reach this season. As for tonight I expect a big homecoming crowd. I am hearing Elvis might even be making an appearance tonight. Edited September 26, 2014 by TheAmbassador
