Congrats to the Jackets, heck of a game and team!! It was cool seeing the stands packed and people lining the fence on the visitor side. WH was no match, as I expected, but I thought we could at least put up some points. Good luck the rest of the year!!

 

WH will be ok! We've got a big district game against Heritage next week. Gotta put this one behind us and move on. Good luck to Springfield against HC.

Our High School Principal was accused of some things and has now resigned his position.  Trust me it wasn't pretty.  Let's just talk football.  we are trying to put all this behind us.

I think this is only a big deal to the older people in both towns, as a recent player I can say this game was never that big of a deal. Just another Friday night for the players. Imma say BDP discipline trumps Springfields athleticism.

This is probably the game of the week! Springfield has the edge in speed, but WH is used to this. Most teams are faster and bigger than the Devils. What everyone dismisses is BDP (HEART,PRIDE,TOUGHNESS). This may sound cliché but it runs deep in the community for decades. We BELIEVE. Bring on the insects!lol

I couldnt believe what I saw.  I thought we would win but thought it would be closer.  It was a very well played game by both teams.  I felt the turning point in the game was when we held BDP on 4th down on the two and then took the ball down the field 98 yards for a score right at the end of the  half.
