Deshawn Brown  Camden Lions . 1860 yards 19 tds  in 9 games 9.8 yards per carry that with every one and their mom knowing he is getting the ball not to mention his KR yards and TDs

He'll get screwed even if he's the most deserving 4a player. They like giving those awards to private school kids it seems like, just ask Poteete, runner up in 08 to Zach freaking Rogers. Check out Mr. Rogers stats that year and you will get the picture. Wonder if where he played and having an older brother at UT had anything to do with it?

My vote for 4A Back of the Year is Chris Walker from Marshall County. The kid is electric, a natural playmeker on both sides of the ball. Best I've seen at Marshall County since Dont'a Hightower. Here are his season stats: 

Rushing-88 carries for 919 yards, 16 TDs, 10.4 yards per carry

Passing-3-3 TD

Receiving-9-75 2 TDs

All-Purpose Yards-1,395

3 Interceptions 1 TD

1 Punt Return TD

71 tackles on defense

 

Also consider Marshall County quarterback Ashton Posey, who has also put up some huge numbers this year for the Tigers.

Passing-138-199 2,293 yards, 16 TDs, .693 completion percentage, 126.7 QB Rating

Rushing-48-156 yards 3 TDs

Zimmerman Fairview... I know it shocks people but he is definitely a stud cause Fairview was well on their way to a losing season and he came back and now they are most likely playoff bound.
