Hville defeats WC 3-1 behind a combined 2 hitter from Williams and Osborne

Gallatin was able to put together a solid game last night in a 14-4 six inning win over Hume Fogg at Rose Park.  Sophomores Andy Denning and Bailey Russell, along with junior Billy Campbell, had 3 hits apiece to lead the charge.  Junior James Rockwell had a 2nd inning 3 run homer, and Denning added a 2 run shot in an 8 run 3rd.  Sophomore Austin McWhirter pitched all 6 innings to get his 2nd win of the year.  Up next is a Saturday afternoon home game against White House.

Hville over Hillsboro 12-1 behind a combined 3 hitter from Brown and Dorris. Fischer led the Commandos with 3 of the 11 total hits as they run their record to 11-2. They host Rossview tomorrow night and then travel to Hoover AL for a week long tournament starting on Monday.

Hville defeats Helena AL 11-2 in their opener of the Hoover AL tournament. Dorris goes 7 innings giving up 8 hits and 2 runs for the win. The Commandos will face both Hoover and Oxford tomorrow and will have 2 games on Wednesday.

Hville has played all 4 teams in the South and none in the North

I was able to catch a few MJ games in Knoxville last weekend and they looked pretty good. They went 4-0 with a big win over Farragut and a come back win over Bearden.

SC also represented with a 4-0 weekend in Knoxville.
