smpanthers
I've heard nothing but good things out of stone's spring practice... Any news from the other schools?
mcvolfan
East ham hasn't started spring practice yet, may 9 if I'm not mistaken. Have a sophomore on the team this year and the weight program has taken a leap forward this year. Our D will not be very experienced due to being senior heavy last year. The O should be MUCH improved with it being upperclassmen heavy this season. Hoping for a good season but won't know much till spring practice ramps up. mcvolfan
I feel another good matchup coming out of week 10 again! Hope so, but my expectations are tempered at the moment. At least it's at our house this year.
mcvolfan
Bump, how's 4-3 looking? Going to be Stone again? East Ham could be good IF we can get enough offensive production to make up for the heavy losses on defense. We get our two region losses at home this year our two big travel games are sequoyah and Cumberland. All other games are at home or close to home so the schedule is good. Just got to get the D coached up quick and get the offense to produce a solid running game with the big senior O line.

Don't see CC central or sequoyah being huge threats
