We played a very good Page game tonight and won 2-1 in regulation.

Notre Dame plays at Boyd Buchanan at 4:00 on Saturday.

 

This should be a good game.  Boyd's win over McCallie scared me a little bit until I heard that McCallie rested some of their starters that game, including their forward (one of the best in the State) and the their keeper who was All-State last year.  So I am keeping the green glasses on and picking the Irish to take care of business and make it into the final 8.

They played the 2nd half for what it's worth. The forward was the only one I noticed that sat out for the half. Once we scored our 3rd the players on the field were screaming to put him in haha after seeing both play I'm keeping my blue glasses on and picking the Bucs in a close one. As long as TSSAA allows the recruiters to stay in DI it will be the same private schools in the A/AA tournament every year.

What I find interesting is that, as per the TSSAA, the last 8 schools who have had violations of the recruiting rules have all been public schools.
