I think Elizabethton is a few points better than the field

I think it is astonishing that the combined record of these 8 teams is 236-25 (9 of those belonging to Rutledge.) I can't remember the last time I saw so many gaudy records at State.

I believe whoever comes out of the bottom half of the bracket will be Class AA State Champions. Eliz, CPA or East (imo)

I'm pretty excited about the Haywood/Upperman rematch. Haywood is very athletic and is led by sophomore Jamirah Shutes. Upperman is led by sophomore Akira Levy....

 

Those two guards competing against each other will be fun to watch from an individual perspective.

 

Haywood also comes with a solid post game and some solid guards around Shutes. They were the second best thing in west Tennessee this year behind Martin Westview.
