Volunteer High Football Out of the cellar?

East vs Volunteer looks like it could be a very good game.  East beat a very good Seymour team, and Volunteer is finding their groove and winning some games.

 

This could end up being a great game this week.

We will get a descent idea of how good Sullivan east is after this week. I, personally don't think east is that good. Seymour by 28 at least.

Say what? Looks like East and Seymour play 10 games, you can split those down the middle.  So there ya go.  

 

Actually East spotted them 12 points with whatever at the beginning of the game.  The same could be argued that Seymour should have run in regulation but didn't score any points on PAT or 2 Point.

I'll be the first to admit when I'm wrong. East proved me wrong last Friday. They must be better than I expected. I still think Volunteer has a chance here.

I hear East hired a wrecking ball yesterday who took care of Seymour players left and right. Should be an exciting homecoming

East beat Hampton in a scrimmage before the season. East also scrimmaged us(North) before season and they were equals. But that scrimmage only lasted for 22 plays due to inclimate weather. East also scored more points on Greenville than anyone else could thus far this season.

Scrimmages don't mean a darn thing! And yeah east scored 21 points on Greeneville but gave up 62!!! We can go back and forth all day long. I could say Greeneville scored 62 on east but 45 on volunteer. Volunteer must have a better defense but that's just dumb.

Lol. That's cool man. Totally understand. Good luck to Volunteer. Not rooting for either team. Volunteer does not have a bad team this year. I just think East is way above their normal average this year.
