You can refer to post# 21 where I removed myself from the conversation. We don't see things the same and I not interested in trying to change anybody's mind.

I stand by my statement in post#9. In that I don't believe he will be forced to do anything but continue to work and improve the program as he sees fit. Still don't know if he plans to resign

I would add that I won't be a part of critiquing the job the staff has done negatively. If the staff stays intact, I will continue to support them. I just don't use the same measure as you to determine success for high school coaches. I use a standard that focuses less on wins and losses than you. Feel free to criticize me or call me names or whatever makes you giggly. I'm okay with that.

i just do not understand how you view dickerson as a success when all he has done is fail the kids on the team and the community since he has been the HC since 2013

From what I understand.. alot of players quit because of this hc with that this is probably the smallest sc team we alll have seen... and also alot of players are quiting next year if he stays...

If a kid quits because of the coach, he was not invested anyway. If he loves the game, he will play. If not, he will look for an excuse and so will the parent(s).

or bc the coach sucks and has lost the team and respect of fans and opponents alike. Nowadays coming into the hole and getting a win is nothing like it used to be under maynard and the kids do not respect the coach as they did maynard.. it has been spiraling downhill for the last 4 seasons and it all has come to a head now.. its now or never for the Smith Co faithful, get him out now before permanant damage is done

Zoneread you're the same guy on the Indy/CR thread talking about coaching. If you're such a coaching guru why don't you tell us your credentials. Seems to me you're very bitter about coaching in general .
