That's what I'm saying too. I'm not even sure we make the playoffs. We're just hoping to be able to snap the ball to the the qb. If we can do that we'll move on to the next step. Lot of state champions crowned on Coach T in the spring.

I hear ya 68. We're excited hear for the upcoming season. Some of us are trying to keep our heads about ourselves. New Coach, new philosophy. One game at a time. Learn from mistakes & correct before the next opportunity.

I have successfully called Marion County to Cookeville each of the past three seasons. They still have a shot this season, but I'm not 100% sure as I have been. The current group of Trousdale seniors are very talented. They also have some good young talent coming up this season. If Marion County continues to make it to Cookeville the next four seasons over Trousdale County then someone is underachieving in Hartsville.

We had started to have a good rivalry with TC before they went back down to 1A. Kinda excited to get that back. Hopefully we can keep our end of the deal up and at least make it to that game. We have a very young team and just hope to build to the future right now. This years team will surprise people though. I am sure of that.

No one... Unchallenged.. Shouldn't lose a Region game the next 4 years.

Who will be greatest challenge to TC in region?

Westmoreland and Watertown will be big rival games which presents it's own challenges. And both of those games are on the road, but they aren't long trips. We have faced Jackson Co. in recent years, but i have no idea what they have talent wise or what schemes they run now. TC has not seen a Cascade and ER team in many moons (not sure we have ever played Cascade). Good thing, JC, ER and Cascade will all travel to the Creekbank. As far as talent goes for these 5 teams, no idea. Being the dominate team in a region, one that has no competition, can be a challenge in itself. It could create bad habits and issues for the latter part of the year. Hopefully, if TC is the Thoroughbred in the stable full of donkeys, their tough non-region schedule will mitigate bad habits that may occur.  But like the wise Ole3putt said, lets not crown TC the region champs in the early part of the summer. There is still alot of time between now and W1.
