So your looking for the best offensive lineman in the state? Once again you need to make a stop at maryville. Maryvilles offensive line has blown people off the ball all year. They are big, mean, and love to crush oppenents. At center you have brandon waters who is 6'5" 265 and can run the 40 time in 4.7 secs. You have John Raulston and Iaasic Cline at tackles who are big, powerful and very very quick. At gaurds we have Chris large, the lone junior, who knows how to get the job done. He has had blocking grades of 93 or higher in 4 of his games this year. Then we have Drew Eubanks who is out on the year with a torn acl. He was a true leader for this unit and was missed greatly. takin his place though was sophmore Jimmy Wallace who looks promising for the years to come. Also Ryan "the rhino" Headrick switches out with young wallace and is a key to this line also. And if you want to talk about definsive lines, well we have Cole McKinney, Drew Gaylon, and Andrew Hodge, enough said. Carl Stewart and Chris McCord are both above avarage backs. Their job seems easy when you have the kind of tallent and players at maryville blocking for you every play.

MBA has the best OL by far. They are quite possibly the smallest line ever in the history of football, but will dominate every opponent they encounter. Led by Wes Langlois, center, Sam Macdonald and Jimmy Love, both about 180 lbs. at guards, and Sam Garner and Joseph Birdsong at tackles, these guys are the best in the State. CBHS is a close second.

I am not sure who the best high school lineman is but the lineman from Brentwood High (Steven Jones?) is considered the best senior in the State by the college recruiters. Corey Mills of CBHS is considered to be the top junior prospect. I look forward to seeing the Brentwood player this weekend play against a very good Germantown team, which has a large line of it's own.

Well if the college recruiters are looking at Stephen Jones then they should go back to the BA film and watch Jones get absolutely dominated on by Nick Forte. I would love to go back to that game and see how many tackles Jones had on the night. Nick Forte is a sophomore, great guy, doesnt really talk that much and he benches 365 not 385.
