I am looking to start up a travel team in the Chattanooga Area. My background with baseball is high. I played ever since I could walk. I am young looking to get coaching experience under my belt. So in the future when I graduate I can quickly get the opportunity to help guide young men. As a player I was an all district player in high school. I played for one year in college before injury cut my career short. I have been through the recruiting process and I want to help guide players through that and become better players. I am looking for 16 players at the moment. Which include 12 positions players and 4 PO's. My mission in this is to give players a chance to play travel ball without making a family go broke like most teams do now. If you as a player or parents are interested in the team I am putting together. Email me for more information at Tannerm303@gmail.com and please if possible include your high school coaches number or email so I can get some general info on the player and see if there are any other players on that team that may be interested. If able to put this together I will be planning on playing in about 6 or 7 tournaments traveling no farther than Sevierville so if family's want to travel instead of spend money on a hotel it is a possibility.

    • QUICK UPDATE -  First, I see a lot of wrestling names that I recognize on that GoFundMe.  THANK YOU so much for helping this family.   After the long surgery on Sunday morning to repair his neck, Jacob suffered a collapsed lung.  Sometimes this happens after long surgeries.  They had to put him on a ventilator to get his breathing back on track.  He came off the vent on Monday morning and they put a BIPAP on him to help control his breathing.  As of today, Thursday, the BIPAP came off and he is breathing well on his own.  He is working towards drinking a glass of water and hopefully eating some solid food at some point in the near future. Jacob can "feel" when someone touches his legs, but there is still no movement.  His parents are beginning to prepare for him to be moved to the Shepherd Center in the next few days.  He will be there in Atlanta for 30-45 days.  Im sure he will receive excellent treatment. Please continue to pray for healing for him and if you are so moved, please contribute to the gofundme link above to help in any way you can.  The go fund me is doing well, but this is going to be a very long road for these guys Im afraid.. Thanks again! Sells
