Oak Ridge plays Powell then Fulton, and Fulton finishes with West and Oak Ridge. 1st - 3rd is still there for the taking. I'm guessing you meant to put this on the 5A thread. In Class 1A, 2A, 3A, 4A, 5A and 6A, all teams are required to play all other teams within their region. The teams with the best region records shall be declared the region winner, runner-up, third and fourth place and shall advance to the first round of the football play-off series. B. If at any point when the following tie-breaking procedures are applied, one team has beaten all the other teams that are tied for a play-off position, that team shall be rated above the others. C. In the event of a tie for the region winner, runner-up, third-place, or fourth-place team, if either team(s) has defeated the other(s) in regular-season play, the team(s) shall be rated above the other(s) in the standings. (After the region winner has been determined, the tie-breaker procedure shall begin all over again starting at the top to work out the runner-up position. The procedure shall be repeated to determine the third- and fourth-place teams.) D. The following tie-breaking procedures shall be applied and all regular-season games, both region and non-region, shall count (After each of the following steps have been applied, item C above shall be applied.): 1. The team with the greatest number of victories. 2. The team who plays the greatest number of teams who win 50 percent or more of their games. 3. The team who has the greatest number of victories over teams winning 50 percent or more of their games. 4. The team whose opponents have earned the most victories. 5. The team whose opponents have received fewer defeats. 6. Coin Flip

Riverdale beating cookevile but lost to blackman, would that go and if they all have the same overall record , would it go to the team who played more people with above .500 opponents ? More interestingly, Cookeville beats Oakland and Riverdale beats Blackman. That would (pending the outcome of other games) leave Oakland, Riverdale, and Cookeville all tied at 9-1. Not sure how the tie-breakers would shake out but would be a cool scenario to see. Edited October 19, 2017 by TDCman clarification
FridayMainEvent
Tie-Breakers could possibly involve Blackman, Riverdale, Cookeville, and Oakland depending on how Friday goes. We could see a 3-way tie for first or a 3-way tie for second. Just so you know, here is how each teams "Non Region" opponents look: Blackman- 3 of the 4 already meet the "50% of their games requirement" Stewarts Creek with a win over Lavergne (likely) puts Blackman in good shape with all four non region opponents meeting that requirement. Cookeville- 2 of the 4 have met this requirement. Both Livingston Academy and Pearl Cohn are over 50% wins but Upperman would have to beat either Macon County or Sequatchie County to qualify so they likely only will have 2 non-region qualifers. Oakland - 1 of the 4 have met this requirement that being Maryville. Independence would have to beat Memphis East (likely) or Ravenwood to reach the 50% requirement. Riverdale - 1 of the 4 have met this requirement that being Spring HIll. They would need East Nashville to beat Pearl Cohn or Clarksville NE (not likely) to qualify. They would need Centennial to beat Summit and Brentwood (highly unlikely). Expected finish for the second tie breaker: Blackman- 4 non region qualifiers (winning 50% or more of their games) Cookeville - 2 non region qualifiers (winning 50% or more of their games) Oakland - 2 non region qualifiers (winning 50% or more of their games) Riverdale - 1 non region qualifier (winning 50% or more of their games) This would end any tie-breaker situations because Blackman would win the 2nd place tie scenario with the above information. A tie for first between Cookeville, Oakland and Riverdale would end with Cookeville winning. Riverdale drops out based on the above information and if they were tied, that would mean Cookeville won the Heads up over Oakland. This should clear up any questions about possible ties in region 3. TOM4000Patriots
Looks like this info will get some use next week in the tie breaker. Cookeville appears to have the best team of the three teams. IMO. More offensive weapons but a lot of 2 way players.
Maze7
Upperman surprisingly best Macon County which now puts Cookeville with 3 non region opponents with a .500 record
