They played nolensville tuesday then had a play day thursday and knew they were over the limit. Would have still played but everyone knew they were over the limit and they were afraid of being caught, That coach got suspended in middle school for playing to many games, got practice taken away last year for starting early and would have gotten in trouble this year if he hadn't backed out and messed everyone up at the last minute. Rules shouldn't be that hard to follow!!!!

sounds like they followed the rules by not attending the scrimmages at riverdale

I’d never heard of Valor before yesterday and for good reason, but 103 against anyone is impressive. CC looked a little shaky at times last weekend, but they are loaded with young talent. I said sometime over the summer that they would have more depth on the roster this year, but they look to go legitimately 10 deep. I think you could put Vinson out there with any number of lineup combinations between the other 9 and see little to no drop off. Before someone says it, I know the competition was far from being world beaters, but CC was impressive this weekend. We will have a better gauge come Monday against White County, but the early results are very promising. I’m speaking beyond district play. That’s a given. I’m very excited to see this team come February.

Coffee played a lot of girls this weekend.  Agreed competition was not the best but these games let a number of young players get their feet wet against high school age kids.  Also allowed Vinson, who is still not at full speed yet, a chance to get back in to swing of things after missing most of the summer and all of fall ball.   Picked up four easy wins that were good for them.   Still trying to find out the right combination but team is really 9 to 10 players without a whole lot of fall off.  Going to be a fun season this year.

Went and watched Grundy beat Franklin Co last night, wow, either Grundy has gotten 60 points better in a year or Franklin Co had went backwards, worst Franklin Co team I’ve seen in 50 years.

I was going to ask how Franklin was this year since we have them on Friday.   I guess that answers my question.

Guess my rebels are not allowed to rebuild and give a new coach a chance?  Maybe GC is better but I am going to stand behind someone who is going to build up a program and not sit behind a screen tearing girls down.
