That was kinda confusing on my post! Had Westwood have won as the 1 seed in 8 and dresden won as a 1 seed the tiebreaker is the top team in the bracket...so when LC was shuffled to the bottom of the bracket it puts the tiebreaker as top team in the bracket hosts

It's not the top team in the bracket unless they're from the same region, it flips every year in quarter and semi finals

Yes it is.Hoping the community supports them.Lake Co probably had about 100 people ,a long drive from Lake Co.West Wood may have had 40..But LC should also feel the same about making it this far ,starting about 10 sophomores.

Unfortunately they will have only parental and alumni support. It's a small school in a big district on the verge of being closed. Good luck to LC. There's nothing like traveling into another city to play some football and it's good for the state. Had never heard of Lake County but now you guys are one of the schools I can add to my list of good football programs across the state.
