Who wins new region 6 A

I  would say Richland and Houston  County.    The top 2 getting to state would have to be Summertown and Huntingdon.  They are ranked in top 5 in the state.  That would be my guess.

Huntingdon should beat Collinwood. Perry Co/McKenzie is a toss up. Who would each team play once tourney starts in Lawrenceburg?

Looking at team records, it would indicates that Region 6 is very likely to have 2 teams at state.  In Region 5, expect Houston County to win and the winner of East Robertson/Richland.  Houston County is clearly  the more challenging of the 3.  Perry played Houston County first game of the season at home and lost a close game.  Hard to tell much about first games relative to improvement.  Didn't see any standout players for Houston County in that game.

But as everyone knows, at tournament time there will be upsets and improbable teams at the 'Boro based on season records.  Perry last year is a good example with 2 huge upsets at the right time to get there.

Not really impressed by a 4 point win for Perry county at home over an average at best  McKenzie team.  Hopefully just nerves for the Lady Vikings!  Better improve a lot to beat the Fillies!

Perry County was at McKenzie. They beat 2nd place team from 11A on the road. Nice statement from 12A tonight.
