Ahhhhh we just having some fun with the powers! haha  I'm kinda like you used to be with the powers at Riverdale, I've been told to quit being so negative. So I'm betting they're working on "The Ship" by Monday. How's that? But I ain't holding my breath either.

How you doing LOD? Hanging in I know, just want to say Thank You for your service on the eve of our country's birth.

Isn't it funny when we point out the 'truth' folks get nervous and tell us to stop being negative.

What I am looking forward to is the time when the Swamp is drained in DC and we can start working on our state and local swamps.  I bet the same swamp creatures will still be trying to delay such necessary public projects as the gallows that need to be erected on EVERY court house square in the state.  I look forward to still be around to pull the lever a couple of times at least.  I fought communist/socialists too long to see the 'TRAITORS' take this country.  There has been a male member of my family fighting for our country in one form or another continuously since 1645 when the first two males arrived here from England.  Son is currently at Fort Sill.

You know Oak Ridge went by the names the Atomic City, the Energy Capital of the World and the Secret City plus being part of the Manhattan Project in the 1940s. Could it be the Federal Government is secretly building a 100 million dollar multi use Stadium on land once a part of the  K-25 Reservation? They can name it the Sebastian (Dan) Palmer Memorial Stadium after my father who worked at K-25 from the late 1940s until he retired in the late 1980s.. Better yet, name it after all the men and woman who have worked, lived, been raised in the best darn city this country has ever seen.

Once a Wildcat darn sure always a Wildcat. Three special letters...RWR! Bring on Harden Valley Academy then the next victim and the next victim until we have vanquished our last opponent on the turf at TTU..

Not much to smile about? All the fans I know don't justify their self worth and happiness in life on a high school football team. I guess not living here some people are just........talking. I myself am headed to Big South Fork for a wonderful day. Hope everyone else has a great day as well.

Have a fun time at South Folk today. I'm hearing the fish are really biting good right now up there.

On my way!!! No fishing for me. One question. Do ya do the words first and the the picture or vice versa?

The pictures are for the one's that may have ADHD and a tough time figuring out what I'm saying so they will be able to connect the dots. I don't like leaving anyone out of the conversation.2012lck.jpg

    • Boyd could actually be a grade below what he is now, but his parents didn't see the need to "redshirt" him like the other city school down the road would have pushed for....
    • too busy with flag football
    • Who invited the First Family of Hartsville?
    • When Danny was a senior he was the quarterback on the 82 team and also the placeholder on extra points. At the end of the game Heritage scored a touchdown with very little time left and went ahead 9-0. On the following extra point Danny rose up and threw a perfect pass to one of his receivers which made it 11-0 and Heritage's first win against Maryville since the series started in 77. Maryville fans were highly ticked off because they felt like it was rubbing salt in the wound. The following year when both teams met again at Maryville  the Rebels ran away with the game and after the first couple of touchdowns they went for two points after each score for a pay back and the score was 45-0 at halftime. The following Monday Bob Gilbert the sports eiditor for the local paper bashed Maryville in an article called the Humilation of Teenagers and tore into Maryville even though he was a graduate of the school. Those were the good ole days when Heritage had decent teams and the rivalry between them and Maryville was a fun event to see.
    • I get all that.  And I agree too.  However, if the coach is only there to coach that would give them more time to do those things. The school system and booster clubs combine and pay them.
