goin up to Charlotte and takin that 3x conference champ and 14 national seed down was definately special.....they got us pretty good early in the year....definately the highlight of the year at that point....tho Boogerette scorin the goal in the semis to send them to the finals was the high from a selfish side.....was for sure a great weekend trip and a great cap on Boogerettes career at LMU to get a conference championship ring......tho as a soccer team they had a rough go at it w/ W & Ls in her first 2 years, she new that might b the case when she went.......so so many quit the sport or go home or transfer...... she has had a blast up at LMU and it has proven to b the right decision for her.....so glad she had the intellect to not over reach with her decision.....not only for soccer, but for pursuit of her medical career....

...besides if one ever gets a chance, dont sniffle at LMU...its worth a visit if a degree is in place for their child and u dont mind bein in a beautiful place in the middle of frickin nowhere....the athletic livin is sick good and way way better than any other we ever saw..and facilities are great and gettin better...and we saw a fair bunch.....granite counter tops, your own walkin closet, 1 bathroom/2 , own dish washer, washer and dryer per dorm room.....Booger ant lyin

.....Beatin CN for the second time this past sunday to get that sweet 16 seat was even better....

.....

I know I'm gonna pay for this but...

Go CN Eagles!  (Class of '93)

For real, however, that was a nice win by LMU.  They were always a quality opponent.  It is in the middle of no where but you are right, great facilities and beautiful area.

Good luck with Columbus State!

G,

Did you play for coach Sparks?

I was there when coach Sparks was coaching (actually in school with his kids, as well) but I played for Coach Eiskamp (freshman year) and coach Jones (the other 3 years).

Coach Sparks was one of the most godly men I know, and when I was there, their team was the team of the decade (won several NAIA national championships in football and had many players go to the NFL).

Of COURSE you do.

Why wouldnt I? His daughter is playing with mine. Do you know the parents of kids on your childs team? May see him in Indianapolis today and likely have dinner with him and other parents. But, since youre likely a Webb guy you know that I know him. Lol

I think you're safe, Booger.  This is the Tennessee senate, not the Roman Senate, although if Ceasar, aka Playerscoach, shows up it might mean the coliseum and lions for you.

I'll be cheering for the Splitters either way.  Keep shocking the world, girls!!!

it was a pleasure Sir...

    • QUICK UPDATE -  First, I see a lot of wrestling names that I recognize on that GoFundMe.  THANK YOU so much for helping this family.   After the long surgery on Sunday morning to repair his neck, Jacob suffered a collapsed lung.  Sometimes this happens after long surgeries.  They had to put him on a ventilator to get his breathing back on track.  He came off the vent on Monday morning and they put a BIPAP on him to help control his breathing.  As of today, Thursday, the BIPAP came off and he is breathing well on his own.  He is working towards drinking a glass of water and hopefully eating some solid food at some point in the near future. Jacob can "feel" when someone touches his legs, but there is still no movement.  His parents are beginning to prepare for him to be moved to the Shepherd Center in the next few days.  He will be there in Atlanta for 30-45 days.  Im sure he will receive excellent treatment. Please continue to pray for healing for him and if you are so moved, please contribute to the gofundme link above to help in any way you can.  The go fund me is doing well, but this is going to be a very long road for these guys Im afraid.. Thanks again! Sells
