Catching up on my reading. I saw where Watertown lost 1-0 to Merrol Hyde in the region semifinal. They finished the game with 7 players after 4 players were issued red cards. Does anyone have more info on the circumstances where four red cards were issued?

1 player was ejected on 2 yellow cards, another player who had 1 yellow card got ejected when he was subbed in (card should have went to coach but instead took out the player), and the goal keeper got ejected when he slid to block a shot outside of the box and took out the player when he made contact with the ball first. Bad officiating overall the whole game, I’m not sure about a 4th player being red carded
