Softball season is here. Who will we see in the state tournament?

Meigs County

White House Heritage, Creek Wood, Gibbs, Forrest, Meigs Co......any of these are very capable. Some have to play each other to get to state so there will definitely be some luck needed to will it all

Meigs again, hopefully!  I told Jeff anything short of winning their third consecutive State Championship would be a failure.

AA is definitely loaded with some very talented players on some very talented teams. White House Heritage,Meigs and Creek Wood all have returning starting senior pitchers. Creek Wood has all 9 of last season's players returning. Forrest returns a majority from last seasons team as well. Not sure on how many Gibbs has returning. AA will be fun to watch for sure. Best of luck to all.

In west Tennessee I've seen Lexington and Southside. Both are impressive.

Top 2 teams from 14 AA should make state tourney. Im picking South Side and McNairy

McNairy can definitely win it with KT pitching. I had thought she graduated but I guess I was wrong. I haven't seen them or South Side play this year but was not impressed with Lexington at all.

South Side and McNairy are definitely the top 2 teams out of the West. South Side has defeated McNairy twice already so they appear to have a stronger pitching staff.

No Southside is a better hitting team 1-9. Katie Beth Turner passed the 1,000 K mark a week or 2 ago. Very impressive. Libscomb is getting a steal
