Interesting thing is that Blair was a Cleveland Middle kid.  I'm glad she went to Bradley or we would be talking about Cleveland right now as Bradley is very average without her.

Bradley had great play at end of 4th and overtime. 1st ot game this year. They continue to impress and surprise

Key play in this game was Blair hitting the tough layup to tie late in 4th. Oak ridge got a little too comfortable late in game. Coach Reuter even said in interview that the girls surprised him

13 points in 4 minutes with most of those being free throws. Thats more points than they got in one whole quarter early on. Sealing the win with free throws again. Pretty good guess with my 51-43 prediction considering it went to ot

My original Top 10 before the season began.  I did miss Oak Ridge but picking 5 out of the 8 is not bad.  The talk in Murfreesboro was the the state tournament game was played between Riverdale and Houston.  No doubt it was great game but it wasn’t the championship.  The gold ball was not handed out that night. The Bearettes were down in both the semis and the finals but never gave up.  It has been said that offense wins games but defense wins championships.  I am definitely a believer after watching this gritty Bearette team.  Well done!

Seems like the Cleveland coach is working to get these things turned around.

A Bradley state title probably doesn't help the Cleveland program...but I dont think you'll see a single Raider fan not happy about the Bearettes' championship.
