I think had the game lasted another few mins we may could have got you. Lets not forget that Baugus was not able to practice basically the length of the summer because of his accident. So the first three or four games he was very rusty and had to depend upon his play makers to get through the milan game. As far as I knew up until the week before the game Halbrook was the QB for the first game. Coach even said that in the paper after they won.  Saying that, how different could that game have been if Baugus was completely healthy and had the summer to practice....

Good point. We will find out in a couple more months.

Btw I absolutely hate the way the state game ended for TCA in baseball. Tough way to lose. I really feel for the kid that didn’t touch first. TCA had a heck of a baseball team this year.

Man it happens. But it was not just that one play. There were other mistakes. The young man is a tough kid though.
