WATERTOWN AT FORREST

I haven’t made my prediction for this game yet so obviously I’m gonna go with Watertown pretty big too much depth and talent for Forrest to keep up

H2O by a lot. The difference between this year and prior years vs Forrest is our physicality. This will be the most physical TEAM that H2O has brought to Chapel Hill and that is usually what it takes to beat a tough team like the Rockets. 

 

   Also, I think H2O gets a little offended by being scheduled as Forrest homecoming and comes out with all guns blazing and tries to embarrass the Rockets. ( I would!)

The homecoming thing is a timing issue. Has nothing to do with quality of opponent.

We have heard that Watertown was soooooo physical for 3 straight years.  Combined total scores those years is  Forrest 77 Watertown 56

You haven’t heard they were physical from me. For the last several years we have been soft on defense and more of a finesse team on offense.

 

As for the timing of homecoming, I understand, but if I was coach Webster I wouldn’t sell it that way.

Watertown's Deramus Carey should have his 3rd 200+ rushing yard game in a row.

Yeah the starters aren't left in long enough to get to 200.

Does anyone have Watertown stats? Yards per game? Total offense

Rockets averaging 220 yards a game. But it's two diff teams. 

Averaging about 300 a game vs Eagleville, Summertown, Fayetteville

Averaging about 100 a game vs BGA, Columbia Academy

Points:

Averaging 16 points a game.

Take away Fayetteville (51-0 victory)

Averaging 7 a game

If Forrest played their best game of the year, and Watertown played their worst game of the year, Watertown still wins. I cannot see anything except a nightmare outcome for the Rockets this week.
