Regions 5AA vs. 6AA Scenario

Looks very similar to last year.  Region 6   1. Waverly  2. Riverside  3. Hickman Co.   4. Scotts Hill   (Hickman and Scotts Hill reversed from last year.)

Region 5:  1 or 2 Columbia Academy 3-0 (remaining: @Eagleville, Lewis Co., Loretto)

                   1 or 2 Lewis Co. 5-0   (remaining: Columbia Academy) 

                   3 Eagleville 2-1 (remaining: Columbia Academy, Loretto, @ Summertown

                   4 Forrest  2-3  (remaining: Community)

Round One: Scotts Hill @ Columbia Academy or Lewis Co. 

                      Hickman Co. @ Columbia Academy or Lewis Co. 

                      Eagleville @ Riverside 

                      Forrest @ Waverly

What do you think, can any other situation happen other than Eagleville teeing off on somebody and winning a home field slot? I don't know much about them, but after that whomping they put on Riverside last year in round 1, I have a lot of respect for them.

I think Houston county may have a chance to make the playoffs if they win out. CA could end up 3rd with the injuries they have suffered. Lewis county is probably going to get that #1 spot for R5. I think two teams from each region make it to round two. I dont think Lewis county , CA, or Eagleville makes it passed round 2

Never underestimate CA's recruiting power. Lol but yea I dont see CA finishing 1 seed now and if they do then r5 is in trouble come playoff time

Yeah, we'll have to win out to get to 1 or 2. Will be interesting to see how CA does now that their starting QB is out for the year, and we're bout to find out in 5 days.

Region 5 had a 3-1 record versus Region 6 last season in first round playoff games. The region 5 champ went on to beat the region 6 champ decisively in the quarterfinals.

Yes they did but that was last year. Not going to say it won't work that way again but we will see n a few weeks
