You know I’ve wondered who is the fastest between Wilkins and halbrook ?

Wilkins is the only kid we got that runs pretty good on defense. Halbrook doesn’t so I’m anxious to see what the game plan would be to try to stop Davis in space.

Parks and wade are pretty fast aren’t they ?   It’s been accomplished so I hope we can also

Yeah they are fast, but not Davis fast. The pursuit angles just need to be perfect tomorrow when he gets in space.

There isn’t anyone as fast as Davis on any team. We have to tackle him when we get our hands on him. GC didn’t do a good job of tackling him

Actually, we did do a good job of tackling him, except on 3 or 4 big plays.... runs he either scored on, or set someone else up for the TD.

Peabody takes this one by multiple scores. It could turn into a mercy rule game, but I think they win by at least 3-4 TDs.

No more than a 3 score game with TCA being capable of beating Peabody...

I think Peabody wins, but wouldn't surprise me if TCA hung in there with them.

Ugh oh... the field is going to wet Friday night....

We all know what happened last time Peabody played on a wet field...

GC won the state the night they beat Peabody.  Have not done anything since.  Don't get me wrong you guys deserved to win.  We probably wont get another chance to play you guys.  That actually hurts more than the loss.  You better be woerried about Mckenzie.

You're right... we've looked like a completely different team than the team that beat Peabody, in a bad way. We did deserve to win that night... and trust me, I know we need to be worried about McKenzie. I've said it for the past 2 weeks to people on here and in the community...

    • Quick update on Jacob -  Jacob celebrated his 16th birthday at Vanderbilt on Tuesday and has been in decent spirits.  His sense of humor has begun to show as he was visited by many friends.  He is swallowing a lot better now and has eaten some of his favorites (Chik-Fil-A and Five Guys).   He is getting prepared to head to Atlanta to the Shepherd Center first thing tomorrow morning.  His family has been waiting on insurance approval. In case you dont know the Shepherd Center it a world class facility and supposedly one of the best in the country for spinal injury rehab.  Praying for perfect results there. Considering the circumstances, Jacob is in decent spirits.  He has some reflexive movement in his legs which I think is probably a very positive sign.  Don't read too much into that just yet as there is no telling what the real prognosis is... just hopeful that is good thing.  I am really just happy that it seems like he has a punchers chance of getting something back.  He is a strong young man and very determined so I think he will fight as hard as he can in physical therapy while down in Atlanta. More than one of you has asked me about an address to send donations.  I know GoFundMe isn't for everyone.  If you want to go that route, you can make a check to "Blackman Wrestling Club" and we will pass anything received directly to the Kinderdines.   Jacob Kinderdine c/o Blackman Wrestling 4836 Trevino Court Murfreesboro, TN  37128 Also, want to thank everyone who has donated so far.  Jacobs dad will take a month off work and stay in Atlanta with him.  They need to learn how to take care of him and do home therapy work..... and surely Jacob will be glad his dad can be there.  All that could not happen without you all.  Depending on what happens, they will probably end up doing some home remodeling in order to accommodate Jacob at their home.  Thanks again. Here's a pic I lifted from Facebook of Jacob on Oxy talking to his Uncle.  LOL

    • You do know that on a young, down season we only lost to Dyersburg in the playoffs by less than a touchdown?! You act like those two teams are unbeatable and way above our skill level
